Victoria leads the HR function at BrightEdge. As a certified HR practitioner, she brings over 20 years of experience successfully transforming cultures, developing and executing corporate infrastructure, and employee engagement proactively.

Prior to joining BrightEdge, Victoria spent the past eight years leading change management for high-growth, fast-paced organizations. Victoria holds a BA and Professional Designation in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
